We are looking for General workers, Material handler, and Machine Operators for both Days and Nights with NEWLY INCREASED WAGES! Compensation & Schedule Pay: $20.50 - $25.00/hour Shift: 12-hour shifts Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM ($1.50 differential) Key Responsibilities Inspect label rolls for print, die-cut, and seam quality throughout the finishing process Remove defective material and perform web splicing per specification Operate finishing processes including jogging, cutting, and rewinding Use tools such as ruler, safety knife, and hole punch for splicing and adjustments Handle rolls and palletize finished product to prevent damage Identify and understand common printing and finishing defects Accurately complete production documentation and enter data into Globetek Maintain a clean and safe work environment Support team initiatives and perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) for counts and conversions Ability to work with standard U.S. units (weight, volume, distance) Basic computer skills (Windows-based systems) Prior manufacturing or printing experience preferred but not required Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods during shift Frequent use of hands for handling materials and tools Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing Visual ability including close, distance, and color vision Why Join MCC Stable, team-oriented production environment Opportunities for growth within a global organization Comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental, vision Disability and life insurance 401(k) with company participation Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day Thanksgiving + Day After Christmas Eve & Christmas Day Two floating holidays #APPCAST For over a century, Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) has crafted premium labels for the world's most iconic and recognizable brands.
