You Are:

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect - Finance with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance module). The role involves designing and implementing scalable finance solutions, ensuring compliance, financial accuracy, and seamless integration with external systems such as HR, banking, and reporting platforms.

The opportunity:

* Solution Architecture & Finance Design

* Define end-to-end architecture for D365 Finance including:

* General Ledger (GL)

* Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)

* Business & Stakeholder Engagement

* Collaborate with finance stakeholders, CFO office, and business users

* Conduct workshops to gather requirements (RTR, PTP, OTC cycles)

* Implementation & Delivery Leadership

* Lead end-to-end solution delivery across:

o Design, build, SIT, UAT, and go-live

* Guide teams on:

o Standard vs customization decisions

o Best practices in financial processes

* Integration & Data Architecture

* Define integrations with:

o Banking systems (payments, reconciliation)

o Payroll systems (journal posting, expense recording)

* Governance, Compliance & Controls

* Ensure compliance with:

o IFRS / GAAP / local statutory requirements

* Define internal controls, audit trails, and segregation of duties

* Reporting & Analytics Enablement

* Enable financial reporting via:

o Management Reporter / Financial Reports

o Power BI dashboards

* Pre-Sales & Consulting (If applicable)

* Support RFPs, solution proposals, and estimations

* Provide high-level architecture and demo support for clients

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

* 10-15 years of total experience in Finance/ERP

* 4-6+ years in D365 F&O Finance implementations

* At least 2-3 end-to-end implementations as Solution Architect

* Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or equivalent

* CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred

* D365 Finance certification (MB-310 / related) preferred

* Core Skills:

* Strong expertise in D365 Finance module

* Deep understanding of:

* Financial accounting (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)

* Financial reporting and compliance

* Hands-on experience in solution architecture & large-scale ERP implementations

* Technical Exposure:

* Understanding of:

* D365 F&O architecture (data entities, extensions)

* Integration patterns (OData, APIs, middleware)

* Financial data models and reporting tools



Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Compensation Range : $118,000-$177,000



Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
