You Are:

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect - SCM with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Supply Chain Management module) to lead end-to-end solution design, architecture, and delivery. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to implement scalable, efficient, and integrated supply chain solutions.



The opportunity:

* Solution Architecture & Design

* Define end-to-end architecture for D365 SCM including:

* Procurement & Sourcing

* Inventory Management

* Warehouse Management (WMS)

* Production Control

* Master Planning / Demand Planning

* Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs

* Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, integration, and security standards

* Stakeholder Collaboration

* Work with business stakeholders, product owners, and functional consultants to understand requirements and define solutions

* Act as the primary solution advisor for SCM processes

* Drive workshops, discovery sessions, and solution validation meetings

* Implementation & Delivery

* Lead design and oversee implementation across project lifecycle

* Guide teams on:

* Configuration and customization strategy

* Extensions vs standard feature usage

* Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards

* Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments

* Integration & Technical Oversight

* Define integration architecture with:

* External ERPs / legacy systems

* Third-party WMS / logistics platforms

* Power Platform / Azure services

* Work closely with technical architects on APIs, data flows, and middleware design

* Governance & Quality Assurance

* Conduct design reviews and solution validations

* Ensure scalability, performance, and security compliance

* Mitigate risks and provide solution recommendations

* Pre-sales & Consulting (Optional for senior role)

* Support proposal/RFP responses

* Provide solution estimations and high-level architecture

* Participate in client demos and capability presentations



This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

* Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering / IT / Supply Chain / Operations

* D365 SCM certifications preferred

* Core Skills:

* Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O - SCM module

* Deep functional knowledge of:

* Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Production

* Hands-on experience in solution architecture and large-scale implementations

* Technical Exposure

* Understanding of:

* D365 architecture (AOT, extensions, data entities)

* Integration patterns (REST APIs, OData, middleware)

* Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions - preferred)

* Experience:

* 10+ years of overall experience in ERP / Supply Chain

* 3-5+ years as Solution/Technical Architect in D365 F&O projects

* Experience in end-to-end implementations (at least 2-3)



Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Compensation Range : $146,000-$219,000



Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
