You Are:

A strategic and results-driven Delivery Director with deep Salesforce expertise, passionate about building and scaling high-performing practices within an IT Consulting environment.

You bring strong leadership across Salesforce delivery, managed services, and digital transformation, with the ability to drive growth, operational excellence, and client success. You act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, shaping solutions and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across engagements

The Opportunity:



  • Lead and scale the Salesforce delivery organization, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across programs, projects, and managed services
  • Own end-to-end delivery accountability for Salesforce implementations, transformations, and engagements
  • Drive adoption of best practices, reusable assets, and standardized delivery frameworks across Salesforce engagements
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and delivery health metrics across accounts
  • Serve as executive sponsor and trusted advisor for strategic Salesforce clients
  • Lead client governance, stakeholder engagement, and escalation management
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-sell, and upsell within existing Salesforce engagements
  • Support pre-sales, solutioning, and deal shaping, including RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and SOW development
  • Build and enhance Salesforce practice capabilities while driving innovation across the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Lead, mentor, and grow teams while scaling a high-performing global delivery model and culture


What You Need:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 15 years in IT services/consulting, with significant experience in Salesforce delivery leadership.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale Salesforce implementations and managed services engagements.
  • Strong functional and technical understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, etc.).
  • Experience in global delivery models, including onsite/offshore coordination.
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management, executive communication, and stakeholder influence.
  • Experience supporting sales cycles, proposals, and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (preferred, e.g., Application/System Architect, Platform, or Consultant certifications).


Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Salary: $143,000-$215,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
