Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Orders, receives, delivers, stocks, picks, and prepares materials, supplies, and equipment to appropriate facilities. Retrieves and files records.
• Encompasses all responsibilities of Supply Service Aide I and II .
• Responsible for computer system data.
• Compliance of all safety regulations.
• Coordinates items for shipment.
• Retrieves and files records.
• Drives PHS trucks and vans to deliver and pick up necessary files, equipment and supplies.
• Participates in educational programs and in-service meetings.
• Attends all meetings as required.
• Maintains established department policies, procedures, objectives, and quality assurance.
• Assists with care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies.
• Responsible for general housekeeping of assigned work area.

Qualifications:

• High school (G.E.D.). One to three years experience in inventory. Valid NM Drivers license required; previous driving experience with pick-up/transport/delivery preferred.
