As Clinic Supervisor you are at the core of patient care. We are looking for strong leaders who thrive working with patients and team members alike. Our supervisors are empowered to organize and manager the operations of the dermatology department. Successful candidates will have experience supervising multiple team members, have a strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and apply critical thinking to operational challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinic operations: Independently oversee the daily operations of the dermatology clinic, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care in alignment with established protocols
  • Supervise and develop staff: Direct, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team (Reception, Medical Assistants, Pharmacy Techs), including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and ongoing professional development
  • Drive staffing excellence: Assess patient volume and operational needs to optimize staffing levels and skill mix; proactively coordinate schedules and coverage to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Optimize patient flow and performance: Partner with the care team to maintain smooth patient flow and monitor performance using standard metrics, identifying opportunities to improve access, efficiency, and outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with physicians and leadership to align on priorities, solve operational challenges, and enhance the overall patient and team experience
  • Lead problem-solving and service recovery: Address patient and employee concerns with urgency and professionalism, resolving issues while reinforcing a culture of service excellence
  • Support financial and operational goals: Assist in monitoring budget expectations and resource utilization, ensuring efficient and responsible clinic operations
  • Champion communication and engagement: Facilitate clear, consistent communication across staff and providers, including leading team meetings and sharing key updates
  • Advance quality and compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and actively lead or participate in quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of current experience working in a clinical setting
  • Knowledge of ADA, Fitness for Duty, FMLA policy, HIV counseling procedures & blood borne pathogen protocols, WISHA/OSHA mandated regulations
  • Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of formal Medical Assistant program with WA State certification
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • 1+ years of lead experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
