Longmont, CO (onsite)
Experience:
4+ years of hands-on experience in commercial facilities management and maintenance in a manufacturing/production environment.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education, skills and work experience.
Compensation:
$92,000 - $120,000 depending upon education, skills and experience.

Summary:
The Facilities Maintenance Manager provides services and support for implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance and general repairs for facilities, labs, production areas and supporting equipment. This position will develop maintenance plans and lead strategic projects that bring nLIGHT DEFENSE Systems Facilities up to optimal working and safe operating conditions.
