What You'll Do:

  • Maintain immaculate public spaces-including lobbies, restrooms, elevators, and stairwells-so every guest feels welcome.

  • Stock and organize housekeeping supplies, ensuring storerooms are neat and secure.

  • Report maintenance issues promptly to keep our property in top condition.

  • Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively, following all guidelines.

  • Assist guests with accurate information about hotel facilities and services.

  • Attend departmental meetings and collaborate with your team to ensure seamless operations.

  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.

  • Uphold OSHA safety protocols and hotel standards for emergency procedures and chemical handling.

  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards.

  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.

  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred.

  • Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.

  • Basic English skills preferred.

  • Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.

  • Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25lbs repetitively during entire shift.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
