Xometry is looking for a Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager who will serve as a dedicated, embedded business partner to our Sales leadership team. This is not a central ops or analytics role - you will sit directly alongside our sales leaders, owning the operating rhythm of the business and translating complex data into simple, opinionated guidance they can act on immediately. You will be the person our VPs and RDs turn to when they need to understand why a region is underperforming, how to structure their territory going into next year, or what needs to change in their pipeline to hit the number. Qualifications:
The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $140,000-160,000 annually depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
