Endeavor Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician to join our growing, physician-led multidisciplinary team. Our Pulmonary and Critical Care team provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services across a network of award-winning hospitals and ambulatory locations throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. Physicians enjoy a collaborative practice environment with access to advanced diagnostic and therapeutic technologies, strong subspecialty support, and opportunities for clinical growth and leadership.

What you will do:

  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to a diverse patient population.
  • Engage in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents.
  • Full-spectrum Pulmonary and Critical Care practice
  • Mix of outpatient pulmonary medicine, inpatient pulmonary consults, and ICU coverage
  • Multidisciplinary collaboration with thoracic surgery, oncology, infectious disease, cardiology, and sleep medicine
  • Advanced bronchoscopy and procedural opportunities available
  • State-of-the-art ICUs and pulmonary diagnostic facilities
  • Dedicated APP support
  • EPIC electronic medical record
  • Opportunities for teaching, research, and leadership based on interest

What You Will Need

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Illinois
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
