Reports To: Global Brand President, Color WOW Location: New York, NY (Global Remit) THE OPPORTUNITY Color WOW is one of the most exciting brand-building opportunities in prestige haircare - a founder-built, cult-loved brand now accelerating on a global stage within L'Oreal's Professional Products Division. We are assembling a global team capable of taking the brand to its next level of scale, cultural relevance, and commercial impact. The AVP, Global Marketing is the brand's chief strategist - the person who holds the full picture of where Color WOW plays, how it wins, and what it stands for across every market and every category pillar. This role sets the strategic direction for the brand's portfolio and innovation pipeline, architects its big ideas, and ensures those ideas translate into compelling, full-funnel campaign systems that work across markets. This is a role for a marketer who thinks in brand systems and consumer truths - someone who can move between the altitude of long-range strategy and the precision of campaign architecture, and who understands what it takes to build a globally loved beauty brand in the modern era. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Category & Brand Strategy

- Partner with the commercial and regional teams to align on portfolio localization - identifying which products lead in which markets and why
- Own portfolio storytelling: ensuring each pillar has a clear consumer benefit architecture, a differentiated claim space, and a compelling reason to believe

- Ensure pillar strategies ladder up to the overall brand vision while remaining differentiated enough to win in their respective category spaces
