We diagnose and treat more than 6,000 new cancer cases per year and span the state of Washington from Olympia, Spokane, Tacoma and Yakima. Our team and state-of-the-art programs create a world-class health care organization and the destination center for complex, disease-specific cancer care, advanced pathology and imaging support, and holistic supportive oncology care. The Practice -Growing population of complex cancer disease -An established 300+ provider multi-specialty group -Practice: 1.0 FTE Full-time Medical Oncology with flexible 4-day clinical/1 admin day schedule + call split amongst physicians -Competitive base compensation of $490,000 + wRVU annually for physicians with 0-3 years of experience and $591,400 annually for physicians with 4+ years of experience +wRVU -Annual Quality Incentive up to $75,000 in addition to base Benefits: Competitive compensation package, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, CME allowance, annual leave, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, student loan reimbursement, and more Support: Robust clinical care teams that includes designated Clinic RN and back office support. Position Summary MultiCare Health System is seeking a BC/BE Medical Oncologist to join a well-established program that has provided oncology care to the area for over 40 years. New physicians will work within a growing, multi-disciplinary team including medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, surgical oncologists, oncologic proceduralists, and advanced practice providers. Ideal candidates will be instrumental in ensuring high patient satisfaction and high value oncology care. Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $490,000.00 - $591,400.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
