CT Tech Join our computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures team and assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. You will operate advanced X-ray and computer equipment to produce highly detailed cross-sectional and 3D images. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to assist in diagnosing and treating medical conditions while providing compassionate care and maintaining a positive patient experience. What You Will Do * Demonstrates successful technical/patient skills by efficiently implementing CT scanning protocols and procedures in Diagnostic CT according to expected service excellence standards. * Collaborates effectively and in a timely manner with coworkers, staff and patients while displaying a positive attitude. * Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment. * Adheres to ALARA, Image Gently, Image Wisely standards and hospital CT safety standards. * Consistently follow hospital and department guidelines for patient identification and safety. * Demonstrates competency in patient and technical imaging skills by producing a variety of radiological procedures while maintaining the highest standard of care independently and collaboratively. * Displays a commitment to hospital mission and values. * Maintains licensure and continuing education requirements. * Uses administrative skills to contribute to the successful operation of the department. * Effectively communicates with ordering providers and/or radiologists to properly protocol patient studies. * Ensures all equipment is functioning and demonstrates ability to initiate service repair process. * Refer to competency for all essential duties.
