We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, scientifically curiousResearch Technicianto work in the lab ofDr. Sean Morrison at the Children's Medical Center Research Institute (CRI) at UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. The Morrison lab's goal is to better understand the mechanisms that regulate stem cell function and how cancer cells hijack these mechanisms to enable tumor formation. A better understanding of these mechanisms offers the potential for new regenerative medicine and cancer therapies. For more information about the Morrison lab, please visit The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive professional who will support one or more postdoctoral fellows with their research projects by performing genotyping of the lab's mouse colony, general mouse work, and data analysis. This would be an excellent role for a recent college graduate who desires to gain additional years of hands-on research experience before pursuing graduate school or medical school. Essential Duties:
