Here's what we're looking for.

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow safety procedures, work instructions, and supervisor direction
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Willingness to learn new skills and operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Job Duties:

• Operate and monitor die cast machines according to production standards
• Inspect cast parts for quality and identify defects or irregularities
• Trim, sort, and prepare finished products for the next stage of production
• Load and unload materials and components as needed
• Perform basic assembly, packaging, or production support tasks
• Maintain accurate production counts and records as required
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality guidelines
• Assist with machine setup, cleanup, and other production duties as assigned
• Support team goals by helping maintain efficient production flow throughout the shift
