Viracon LLC Pay: $20.55 per hour Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (12 hour shifts) Viracon is looking for dependable team members to join our Shipping Department. In this role, you will help prepare, stage, load, and unload finished glass products while ensuring shipments meet customer specifications and safety requirements. What You'll Do * Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently * Pull and stage materials for customer orders * Operate forklifts, cranes, and other material handling equipment * Inspect products for quality and report any damage * Follow shipping instructions and DOT loading requirements * Move materials throughout the facility * Support production and shipping schedules * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We're Looking For * Valid driver's license required * High school diploma or GED preferred * Ability to read and follow work instructions in English * Previous forklift or warehouse experience is a plus * Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment * Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills * Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Why Viracon? * Starting pay of $20.55 per hour * Full time, stable employment * Paid training * Comprehensive benefits package * Opportunities for advancement and skill development Viracon is a leading manufacturer of high performance architectural glass used in some of North America's most iconic buildings.
