UVA Enrollment seeks an Administrative Specialist - Commonwealth Partnerships to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth coordination of travel, event planning, scheduling, and general administrative operations. The Enrollment division at UVA includes the Office of Undergraduate Admission, the Office of the University Registrar, Student Financial Services, and Commonwealth Partnerships. This position will support the Commonwealth Partnerships unit, which includes All Virginia, Community College Partnerships, and the AdviseVA program. The Administrative Specialist will join engaged, innovative colleagues working collaboratively to compete for talented students from all walks of life and to care for students from their first interaction with the University through Final Exercises and beyond. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines. They work successfully both independently and collaboratively while exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills. Physical Demands This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
