*Overview: *
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Employee Engagement & Workplace Experience Manager to lead site-level initiatives that enhance employee experience, drive engagement, and support Return-to-Office (RTO) strategies. This role will play a critical part in shaping workplace culture, increasing retention, and optimizing hybrid work models through data-driven programs, communications, and on-site experiences. The ideal candidate brings a blend of program management, change management, communications, and analytics expertise, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes. *Key Responsibilities* * Develop and execute a comprehensive site-level employee engagement and RTO strategy aligned with organizational goals * Define, track, and report on KPIs related to attendance, engagement, and participation * Plan and deliver onsite events, campaigns, and workplace experiences that promote culture and collaboration * Manage and maintain an integrated calendar of engagement activities and initiatives * Design and execute multi-channel communication strategies (email, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) to drive awareness and participation * Develop targeted messaging campaigns to increase employee engagement across a hybrid workforce * Analyze engagement data, employee surveys, and participation metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities * Build dashboards and provide executive-level reporting using tools such as Power BI or Tableau * Conduct experiments and pilot programs to optimize engagement strategies and measure effectiveness * Partner cross-functionally with HR, Facilities, IT, and business leadership to align on workplace initiatives * Lead vendor relationships, including event planning and service providers * Manage budgets, procurement processes, contracts, and overall program spend to ensure ROI *Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field * 4+ years of experience in operations, program management, employee engagement, or workplace experience * Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels * Experience working with data, analytics, and reporting tools (advanced Excel required; Power BI/Tableau preferred) * Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment * Experience designing and executing employee engagement or workplace programs * Background in change management and/or Return-to-Office (RTO) initiatives * Experience managing events, vendors, and budgets with a focus on cost efficiency and impact *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Newtown Square, PA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $41.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
