Contractors REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Springfield Partners for Community Action, 721 State Street, Springfield, MA 01109 seek qualified contractors to perform the following required residential work in Hampden County, MA: cellulose/fiberglass insulation (including dense packed cellulose in walls), general carpentry and energy efficiency related repairs, and blower door assisted air sealing. Complete applications and price bids must be received as instructed in the RFP, no later than two weeks after the posting of this notice. The contract period is July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028.
