Ecolab is seeking a transformative Sr. Corporate Account Manager to spearhead the go-to-market strategy around our latest technological innovation, KitchenIQ. This is a rapidly growing area within our organization focused on transforming how the foodservice operators perform , enabling them to become more efficient and sustainable via digital analytics. This role will also be responsible for growing sales growth of our cutting-edge cloud-based software platform that helps foodservice providers to streamline operations and improve efficiency by digitizing manual tasks, capturing critical data, and providing powerful insights

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Digital SaaS Sales strategy to achieve company revenue targets and expand our customer base within the restaurant, retail, and convenience store space
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate internally with the Product and Customer Success teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor restaurant market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges, adjusting sales strategies accordingly
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to sales performance, such as revenue growth, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value
  • Support the overall Go-to-Market (e.g., pricing) strategy, including participation in marketing campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities

Position Details

  • Ideal candidate will reside near Los Angeles, CA, Phoenix, AZ, or Dallas, TX.
  • 50%overnight travel may be required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 8 years sales experience
  • Position requires a current and valid driver's license
  • No Immigration Sponsorship available

Physical Demands

  • Drive a company vehicle as required to performjobduties (pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed to determine eligibility to drive a company vehicle)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA
  • SaaS selling experience
  • Demonstrated sales skills including relationship-based selling and prospecting
  • Corporate or national accounts experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative teams across regions, functions and businesses
  • Financial and analytical skills, including the understanding of a P&L and the financial implications of customers situations and concerns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills
  • A desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $153,300.00 - $229,900.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
