Location: Torrance, CA

Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Shift: 5 AM-1:30 PM

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a team environment with rotating duties
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to operate machinery, tools, and production equipment
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to escalate issues when needed
• Ability to stand for long periods and remain productive throughout the shift
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work with minimal supervision when required

Job Duties:

• Assemble products on the bench, floor, or conveyor lines per specifications
• Place parts in the correct position and ensure proper fit and sequence
• Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines along with manual tools
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, color, labels, and measurements
• Assist with machine set-up by gathering materials, tools, and jigs
• Work across multiple stations to meet production requirements
• Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
• Minimize scrap and maintain efficient production flow
• Record inventory accurately and route product within the department
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and attend safety meetings
• Support overall safety standards and identify potential hazards
