Overview:
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. We have an exceptional unit highlighted by teamwork and dedication. We are a growing team who is working towards becoming a Center of Excellence and Joint Commission Certified Spine Program. * 5:1 Patient to Nurse Ratio * 1 of 2 Inpatient Units Dedicated to post operative spine patients * Advanced Certification and Education Oriented Unit * Dedicated Spine Specialization Program Personalized Orientation Process focusing on competent care of the postoperative spine Qualifications:
