We are seeking a highly conceptual Designer/Art Director to lead the creative direction for an emotional, story-driven advertising campaign. This role focuses on transforming an existing brand strategy into a bold, iconic visual narrative across digital, social, and connected TV channels.

The emphasis is not on product explanation, but on crafting a strong emotional connection and memorable brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a cohesive campaign identity rooted in emotional storytelling and brand narrative

Create a comprehensive brand book including typography, color systems, and visual guidelines

Design multi-channel campaign assets for social media, digital, and connected TV

Build storyboards and visual concepts for video and motion-based campaigns

Translate early concepts and sketches into polished, high-impact creative executions

Collaborate with internal teams and production partners to support asset development

Maintain consistency across all campaign touchpoints and ongoing evergreen updates

Ideal Candidate

Strong portfolio demonstrating bold typography and expressive visual design

Ability to create emotionally driven, narrative-based creative work

Experience with branding systems and campaign development

Skilled in storytelling through design, including photography or AI-assisted visuals

Comfortable designing for both static and video/storyboard formats

Strong conceptual thinker who prioritizes creative direction over execution-only design

Preferred Skills

Adobe Creative Suite (strong proficiency required)

After Effects (strong plus for motion/storyboarding work)

Experience creating brand books or style systems

Familiarity with multi-channel campaign design (social, digital, CTV)

Engagement Details

Approx. 20-25 hours per week

Increased workload during initial production phase

Campaign launch target: end of July

Ongoing support for evergreen brand and campaign updates

Key Objective

To create a visually striking, emotionally resonant campaign that elevates the brand beyond functional messaging and establishes a distinctive, memorable identity across all media channels.
