Location: Blue Ash, OH

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:1st and 2nd Shifts Available!

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills; PACE experience is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally
• Ability to push/pull pallet jacks and rolling carts
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and in other departments as needed

Job Duties:

• Operate folding equipment and perform bindery production tasks
• Fold paper in various configurations and paper weights
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality procedures
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly machine maintenance
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate production issues and job updates between shifts
• Assist with training new and temporary employees
• Attend department and company meetings
• Support other production duties as assigned
