What To Expect

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Siloam Springs, AR plant, you will be a Materials Manager.


As a Materials Manager, you will guide a team to ensure seamless operations that meet customer expectations in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement, inspiring plant employees to uphold high standards in all manufacturing areas. Additionally, you will mentor associates in evaluating sales orders, schedules, and inventory records to optimize raw material and part availability, ensuring efficient and joint production planning.

Keys Responsibilities (To Name A Few)

  • Assist in developing policies, procedures, and goals for procuring goods and services.
  • Provide management, coaching, and guidance to supervisors, fostering their growth and success.
  • Manage purchasing operations, ensuring all materials and supplies meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
  • Maintain balanced inventory levels in alignment with plant guidelines and team goals.
  • Ensure the proper selection and application of products and services for global customers.
  • Provide assistance in shipping, receiving, and product control to maintain efficient operations.
  • Process documentation through internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 8 years of experience
  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing required
  • Experience managing a workforce through lean implementation is a plus.
  • High mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
  • Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Pay And Benefits

  • Full-Time

    • Benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire


  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation, additionally 8 sick days

  5. Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  6. 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
