    What You Will Do:



    • Be the go-to for support: Provide technical assistance through phone, email, and in-person interactions while delivering a consistent, professional experience.
    • Solve everyday technology challenges: Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, and business applications.
    • Keep work moving forward: Accurately document issues, track progress, and escalate more complex problems with clear detail and urgency.
    • Strengthen processes and security: Identify potential risks, follow established procedures, and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

    What You Will Need:



    • Technical foundation: Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common business applications.
    • Troubleshooting mindset: Strong ability to analyze issues and find effective solutions across hardware, software, and basic networking.
    • Customer-focused approach: Passion for delivering excellent support and creating positive user experiences.

    • Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred: Including 1-3 years of support or customer service experience.
