Industrial Painter - Tulsa, OK Wedlake Enclosure Systems is hiring Industrial Painters to support our manufacturing and fabrication operations. This role focuses on preparing, coating, and finishing metal components and assemblies to meet quality, durability, and production standards. We offer multiple shift opportunities (1st and 2nd shift) and steady, full-time work in a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Do Prepare surfaces: grinding, sanding, masking, and cleaning. Mix and apply paints and coatings to specifications. Operate spray equipment for smooth, consistent finishes. Inspect work for defects and make corrections as needed. Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures. Work with production and quality teams to meet schedules. What We're Looking for 3-5 years of industrial painting experience (manufacturing preferred). Strong attention to detail and finish quality. Ability to mix paints and follow coating specifications. Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift and overtime as needed. Ability to pass respirator fit test and work safely in a paint environment. Preferred Experience with spray systems (HVLP, electrostatic, pressure pot). Knowledge of coating thickness (DFT) and finish standards. Background in heavy fabrication or enclosure manufacturing.
