Job Title: Electrical Quality Assurance Location: Batavia, Ohio Department: Quality Sign-on bonus: $2,500 - (half paid after 30 day of employment and final payment after 90 days of employment) Shift: 2nd shift (2pm - 10:15pm) (Monday - Friday) Purpose of Position: Freeman Enclosure Systems is seeking a dedicated Electrical Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure that our products meet stringent quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting and testing electrical components and systems throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and company standards. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Conduct inspections on the production floor and completed units to verify adherence to quality standards. Perform point-to-point testing of electrical wiring, ensuring proper connections as per inspection work instructions. Sign in/out gauges for production use and maintain their calibration records. Assist in customer testing procedures, including sound, run, and water tests. Maintain inventory of QA-related materials such as zip ties, tags, and documentation. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address customer-related issues or questions. Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to guide inspection processes. Perform final inspections and document findings accurately. Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Quality Manager or designee.
