Position Overview The Sales Accelerator Program (SAP) is a 6-month early career development program designed for individuals interested in building a career in commercial and manufacturing sales. Participants gain hands-on experience supporting Grainger's field sales organization, focusing on customer acquisition, account growth, and value-based selling. This is a hybrid role with anticipated start dates aligned to two cohorts: January 2027 and June 2027 Program Experience Participants will:
Post-Program Placement Upon successful completion, participants may be placed into an outside field sales role within the United States, with a focus on the Western and Northeast regions. Relocation may be required. Qualifications
