What to Expect
As a Construction Superintendent, your primary responsibility is to manage , coordinate, and supervise field operations of multiple fast-paced projects concurrently to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Be able to manage changes quickly and efficiently. Work with contractors and project management teams to resolve execution blockers. What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and supervise all on-siteconstruction activities & subcontractors for your projects with a focus on CSA (Civil Structural Architectural) scopes
  • Develop field execution plans and review schedules with Project Manager for critical infrastructure projects to anticipate challenges and mitigate risk
  • Ensure frequent communication and coordination with key project stakeholders, job site personnel, and Project Managers
  • Drive work execution to meet or accelerate project schedule, remove project constraints, and elevate construction issues to Management
  • Responsible for daily reporting and project progress updates with Project Manager to accurately communicate scope execution tracking
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing the applicable state and OSHA regulations
  • Schedule and support quality control / quality assurance inspections, commissioning activities, and site safety inspections

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years offield experience leading, managing, and executing large-scale projects
  • Past supervisory experience on commercial/industrial construction projects (e.g., hospitals, data centers, manufacturing facilities) with close coordination involving MEP systems and teams
  • Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with tight timelines and aggressive goals
  • Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and environmental regulations. Experience with fire protection systems and building occupancy requirements is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of construction design documents and ability to provide constructability feedback prior to and during construction
  • Applied experience and proficient with construction industry software such as Bluebeam, 3D model viewer, document control systems, CxAlloy, or similar
  • OSHA-30 certification and other industry certifications are a plus
