Position Summary Position Summary Lead and manage enterprise Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) systems, training, procedures and initiatives on a global scale. The position will be responsible for the development of EHS standards, programs, tools, and training at an enterprise level and has accountability for driving continuous improvement. The position will lead deployment of enterprise EHS initiatives, including assistance and support to business units for ~400 sites and 5 business groups. The position will work closely with Operations as well as HR, Lean, Facilities, Information Technology, Sustainability, Risk Management and Legal functions. The position will work collaboratively with business units, divisions, and international regions. The role will need to have the ability to work with and influence business leaders, EHS professionals and associate-level employees. This position reports to the Corporate Director of EHS.
