Your Job

As a Digital Business Partner within the MPS Division of Molex, you will serve as a key interface between business teams and digital capabilities, helping the organization identify, shape, and realize value from digital opportunities. You will work closely with business leaders, Division Process Owners (DPOs), and Digital teams to clearly define problems, frame opportunities, and guide digital initiatives from idea through evaluation and into execution. Your role focuses on ensuring that digital work is grounded in real business needs, aligned to division priorities, and positioned to deliver measurable outcomes. You will partner within an established Digital Business Enablement model, contributing to a structured approach for demand shaping, prioritization, and value realization.

This position will be based onsite at our Hudson, WI facility.

What You Will Do

  • Engage with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities
  • Support the definition of clear problem statements, business needs, and value opportunities
  • Partner with stakeholders to shape digital demand, ensuring initiatives are well-defined, aligned, and ready for prioritization
  • Guide business teams through the digital demand process, including preparation of demand submissions with defined value, scope and alignment
  • Identify and align the appropriate stakeholders (business, DPOs, Digital, and technical experts) to evaluate opportunities and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to evaluate opportunities from business, technical, and operational perspectives
  • Facilitate discussions to assess feasibility, risks, dependencies, and potential value of digital initiatives
  • Translate business needs into structured requirements and actionable outputs for Digital capabilities teams
  • Maintain accurate and complete records in system tools, ensuring initiative details, attributes, and status are properly represented
  • Ensure opportunities are clearly defined, value-backed, and positioned for prioritization discussions
  • Monitor the progress and support coordination of digital initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement or course correction
  • Support adoption of digital solutions by reinforcing alignment to business processes and stakeholder needs
  • Promote digital ways of working, including structured problem solving, value-based decision making and cross-functional collaboration

    Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

    • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, engineering, operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • Experience working in manufacturing, operations, or other process-driven business environment
    • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define requirements, problems, or opportunities
    • Experience defining or improving business processes
    • Experience contributing to or supporting cross-functional initiatives or projects
    • Experience working across business and IT/Digital organizations

    What Will Put You Ahead

    • Experience supporting digital transformation, business analysis, or consulting initiatives
    • Experience with demand management, intake processes, or structured prioritization approaches
    • Experience developing business cases or value-based proposals
    • Experience supporting change management or adoption of new systems and processes
    • Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops or structured problem-solving sessions
    • Familiarity with data, analytics, or AI capabilities and their application to business problems
    • Experience working across complex, matrixed organizations
