We are looking for a proactive, hyper-organized, and culturally plugged-in Manager, Brand Engagement and Community Management to support our earned influencer and advocacy programs.

JOB SUMMARY: The Manager,Community Management, Valentino Beauty US t is central to building brand love and advocacy at scale. You will ensure that creators, beauty enthusiasts, fragrance hobbyists, makers, and superfans experience Valentino Beauty in meaningful, authentic ways that drive ongoing mentions, organic buzz, and cultural relevance.

In this role, you will manage seeding programs, coordinate product mailers, engage with communities across social platforms, test new advocacy tools, and help bring to life a best-in-class organic influencer ecosystem for a global luxury beauty and fragrance brand. This is the perfect role for a digital native passionate about digital culture, social trends, and fragrance, who is eager to grow into a premier influencer or community strategist.

What You Will Do:

PR & Media Relations:

  • Support the development and execution of PR
  • Demonstrated success managing PR and social media campaigns for consumer-facing brands, ideally within the beauty or luxury sector
  • Strong knowledge of the PR and influencer ecosystem relevant to the beauty industry
  • Manage ongoing creator, editor, and industry outreach, product gifting, and follow-ups to cultivate authentic relationships.
  • Track and surface standout content, community moments, and earned buzz.
  • Support the development of brand influencer and editor events

Event Management & Experiential Support:

  • Provide end-to-end organizational support for brand events, local press days, influencer trips, and experiential consumer pop-ups.
  • Manage event RSVP lists, guest coordination, and local outreach logistics for VIP attendees, press, and creators. `
  • Oversee local vendor coordination and bookings, including venue scouting, talent glam schedules, catering, production, and travel logistics.
  • Support onsite execution at events, serving as the hands-on brand ambassador to manage logistics, troubleshoot vendor needs, and facilitate creator content capture.
  • Track and compile post-event coverage, compiling comprehensive recap reports measuring the event's local social and editorial impact.

Emerging Platforms & Tools:

  • Test and report on new advocacy platforms, micro-influencer marketplaces, sampling platforms, affiliate communities, and internal beta tools.
  • Stay on top of emerging creator trends, content formats, and social behaviors.
  • Provide recommendations for how the brand can tap into new channels and formats (e.g., TikTok Shop, Substack, Whatsapp Groups etc).

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track earned content, sentiment, reach, SOI, and engagement across advocacy touchpoints.
  • Assist in building weekly and monthly recaps with insights and standout community moments.
  • Work with agencies to maintain and organize all creator data, contact lists, and dashboards.
  • Develop monthly social listening reports on brand sentiment and top posts
  • Develop post launch social listening reports to share with wider business partners
  • Support managing the marketing budget ,track expenses, and provide regular financial reports. Analyze campaign performance data and provide ROI optimization insights

Cross-functional Support:

  • Work closely with the PR, Events, and Ambassador teams to support press gifting, event guest lists, glam coordination, and content tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing and media teams to identify UGC opportunities and shareable assets.
  • Support onsite at events, influencer days, and brand immersions as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated influencer marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing, PR, legal, and other relevant departments

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (JOB REQUIREMENTS)

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in community management, social media marketing, influencer marketing, or PR.
  • Demonstrated experience managing online communities, developing community engagement strategies, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Deep familiarity and active personal usage of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management/analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the beauty, fragrance, or luxury sector.
  • Certifications in Social Media Marketing or Community Management.
