The NCN Region eBusiness Coordinator will create and support strategies to grow customer utilization of Airgas eBusiness solutions (Airgas.com, SupplySync, EDI). Working directly with customers, sales force and operations personnel, you will help make doing with business with Airgas easy for our customers. In this role, the eBusiness Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for NCN Region's online customers and performs work to seamlessly transition customers to Airgas' suite of eBusiness solutions and help grow revenue once they sign-on.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 an hour

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Commit to work safely and grow safety awareness among peers

  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers

  • Manage region's eBusiness online orders dashboard to cash flow

  • Troubleshoot reported issues to appropriate teams

  • Work with Customer Service, Sales Support, branches and Collections to remedy customer issues or needs

  • Register customer accounts and users on Airgas.com via eComm Tool and respond to daily / weekly registration reports

  • Create custom shopping lists for customers and handle password resets

  • Update both SAP & eCommerce data on existing Airgas.com accounts as needed

  • Team with Sales Support for SAP account clean-up and name normalization

  • Work closely with Airgas telesales, branches, sales personnel and management to drive customer adoption of eBusiness

  • Send Welcome emails to new Airgas customers to inform them of our eBusiness solutions

  • Manage new customer onboarding form notifications

  • Work closely with region's vendor-managed-inventory team to support use of Airgas.com

  • Present eBusiness in-person to associates, new hire orientations and customers as needed

  • Track and manage promotions / contests as needed

  • Contribute growth ideas and attend monthly corporate calls

  • Additional projects as needed involving pricing, SAP data updates or large customer setup

  • Be a backup to eBusiness Specialist

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Length & Type of Experience:

  • 3 years of related work experience in an administrative position supporting a sales staff

  • 5+ years of current telesales/customer service experience handling busy phones.

  • Ability to write correspondence and routine reports.

  • Must be customer service oriented.

  • G-Suite (Google Applications)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA's):

  • Excellent customer service and responsiveness

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • Problem solving & solution-oriented mindset

  • Driven to make a major impact on a very important, growing company initiative

  • Familiarity with online shopping experiences on a variety of websites

  • Troubleshooting skills, especially involving internet browsers

  • Marketing or IT background preferred but not required

  • Knowledge of SAP

  • SAP Business Warehouse knowledge helpful but not required

  • Product knowledge of industrial gases, welding equipment and safety (PPE) products a plus

  • Experience presenting in front of groups

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records

  • Ability to build a rapport amongst peers

  • Must be an independent worker requiring limited supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of welding, industrial gases, and safety equipment applications desired.
