We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join a forward-thinking marketing team dedicated to transforming personal transportation. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing promotional campaigns that directly impact customer growth and market presence. Your expertise will be crucial in translating strategic vision into tangible results, working at the intersection of marketing, product, and engineering to bring innovative campaigns to life. **What You'll Do:**

* Bring marketing promotional strategies to life by configuring and managing promotions within our advanced promotional ecosystem.

* Execute the full operational lifecycle of promotional campaigns, from technical configuration to quality assurance, deployment, and post-launch validation.

* Act as the primary liaison between Marketing and cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, Finance) to translate promotional requirements into technical specifications.

* Coordinate the development of marketing assets and channel plans for promotions with internal marketing partners.

* Proactively monitor campaign performance data, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and recommend workflow optimizations to improve ROI and engagement metrics.

* Assist in budget tracking and reporting to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

* Develop and maintain internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for promotion setup, testing, and reporting to ensure scalability and consistency across new and existing markets.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

* 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing, operations, finance, or a similar role.

* Direct experience managing promotions, promotional campaigns, and marketing budgets.

* Power user of advanced promotional management systems.

* Strong track record of driving measurable ROI.

* Experience deploying promotional campaigns with multi-million dollar budgets.

* Data-driven optimization skills and the ability to synthesize findings for the team.

* Highly motivated and proactive, capable of working independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

* Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing priorities effectively.

* Proven ability to act as a technical liaison between Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business goals into actionable technical requirements.
