We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join a dynamic creative team and play a pivotal role in shaping the seasonal aesthetic for a prominent apparel segment. In this impactful position, you will be instrumental in defining the core themes, big ideas, and overall creative direction that will drive upcoming collections, directly influencing product development and market success. Your expertise will not only inspire design teams but also resonate with customers, making a tangible difference in how collections are perceived and embraced.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead seasonal concept development, from initial trend research through to theme direction and final concept delivery.

* Develop and articulate compelling seasonal themes, innovative big ideas, essential key items, and cohesive trend narratives.

* Translate complex market insights and evolving fashion trends into clear, actionable concept direction for design teams.

* Create and present engaging mood boards, insightful trend decks, and impactful concept presentations that inspire and guide.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design combined with 10-15+ years of proven concept development experience within the fashion industry.

* Deep and comprehensive understanding of fashion concept development, spanning from macro trend analysis to detailed seasonal storytelling.

* Demonstrated ability to create compelling trend decks, evocative mood boards, and impactful concept presentations.

* Strong strategic thinking capabilities and a proven track record in trend forecasting.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

* Ability to work independently, effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and skillfully navigate complex concept challenges.
