Overview: To assist servers in any way possible to ensure proper, prompt and courteous service to all guests. Essential Functions: * Knowledge of fine dining service. * Must have full familiarity with menus. * Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings. * Station set-up and breakdown/side-work. * To polish and clean glass and silver wares. * Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager. * To have dollies' underliners ready. * To fold various napkins for service * Service to guests. * Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained. * Clean and maintain restaurant. * Knowledge of Micros Computer System * Help other associates whenever possible and maintain a dedication towards teamwork. Working Environment: * Interior of hotel, in all areas of the hotel. * Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions. * Exposure to various hazardous chemicals. * Exposure to food items and beverages.
