Requirements:

• Previous recruiting experience for manufacturing, production, warehouse, industrial, or skilled labor roles preferred
• Experience managing high-volume recruiting and candidate pipelines
• Familiarity with Paylocity or other applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to screen candidates and assess qualifications effectively
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technology platforms
• Ability to support Eastern Time business hours

Job Duties:

• Source candidates for production, manufacturing, maintenance, QC, warehouse, and skilled labor positions
• Conduct phone screens to evaluate qualifications, availability, shift preferences, and pay expectations
• Manage candidate activity within the ATS, including status updates, notes, and interview tracking
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support offer follow-up, onboarding activities, and start-date coordination
• Track hiring priorities and staffing needs using labor plans and workforce reports
• Provide weekly recruiting updates on sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding, and hiring risks
• Partner with hiring managers and site leadership to support staffing goals
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure a positive candidate experience
