Location: Batavia, OH

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Every Shift, Every Part, Done Right

Join the team as a Quality Inspector in Batavia and make sure the line runs clean and steady. You'll inspect, test, and approve every part that keeps production rolling strong.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and self-motivated work ethic
• Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and work rules
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use inspection, measuring, and testing equipment
• Reliable attendance and willingness to complete required training
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties:

• Perform sorting, inspection, and production-related tasks
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete data entry and documentation as required
• Read and follow work instructions and quality procedures
• Use measuring, testing, and inspection equipment accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Assist with additional quality and production duties as assigned
