About the Opportunity The University of Southern California is conducting a search for a Coordinator for Fraternity & Sorority Life. This professional staff member works as part of a team providing advisement, advocates for best practice, and develops learning opportunities for fraternity and sorority leaders and members. The Trojan Fraternity & Sorority community consists of 35+ fraternities and sororities with membership nearing 3,000 students, representing 15% of the undergraduate population. We are looking for candidates willing to cultivate and advance a community of learning and growth by engaging students to thrive in their pursuit of belonging and purpose. The Coordinator position reports to the Assistant Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life. The Fraternity and Sorority Life department is part of USC Student Life, comprised of several units focused on student success, student well-being, and positive engagement within the USC student community. Successful candidates will have the following:
Preferred Qualifications Education: Master's Degree in Student Personnel Administration, Education, Counseling, or related field Experience: Three years in a student life or student affairs role Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: Two years in a student life or student affairs role The annual base salary range for this position is $66,041-$74,601.
