SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer - Data Solutions responsible for designing, building, and optimizing enterprise-scale, domain-aligned data products and pipelines in Microsoft Fabric using Medallion architecture. The role focuses on implementing Bronze Silver Gold data solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and adherence to enterprise data standards. This is a fully hands-on individual contributor role focused on design, development, and optimization of data solutions rather than people or project management. RESPONSIBILITIES

The base pay range for this role is $114,500 - $171,800. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
