Job Title: Senior Enterprise Sales Executive - Dental Payment Integrity
Location: Fully Remote -- Ability to travel 40-60%.
Employment Type: Full-Time Direct hire with Benefits
Compensation: Base Salary: $185,000 + Uncapped Commission | On-Target Earnings (OTE): $370,000
Acara Solutions is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business with Dental Benefit Administrators (DBAs) and health plans offering dental benefits. This is a true hunter role focused on selling enterprise software and services that improve dental claims accuracy, payment integrity, and cost savings.
About the Opportunity:
  • Develop and execute a new business strategy within an assigned territory.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities with Dental Benefit Administrators and health plans.
  • Build executive-level relationships with leaders in Dental Operations, Claims, Finance, Procurement, and the C-suite.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving software, services, ROI analysis, and multi-million-dollar contracts.
  • Partner with Product, Clinical, Legal, and Implementation teams to develop customer solutions and support RFPs.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and CRM while monitoring market trends and competitive activity.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and customer meetings.
Who we are looking for
  • A true hunter who enjoys opening new accounts rather than managing existing customers.
  • Someone with extensive experience selling enterprise healthcare software or services.
  • Experience selling specifically to health plans, PBMs, TPAs, or pharmacy organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Dental claims, payment integrity, Medicare Part D, and healthcare reimbursement.
  • Comfortable selling to senior executives and closing large, multi-million-dollar deals.

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience.
  • 5+ years selling to Dental Benefit Administrators or dental health plans (7+ preferred).
What Sets You Apart:
  • Proven success selling dental claims accuracy, payment integrity, fraud, audit, or other complex healthcare software and services.
  • Experience closing enterprise deals ranging from hundreds of thousands to multi-million-dollar contract values.
  • Strong track record selling to executive-level decision makers, including C-suite, VP, and SVP leaders.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
