Maintenance Supervisor

• Champion a plant-wide safety culture and enforce workplace policies
• Lead and coach skilled trades and maintenance teams on asset management, including MTTR, MTBF, preventative maintenance, and condition-based monitoring
• Leverage machine monitoring tools to identify system constraints and reduce production interruptions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hourly team members, union representatives, and management
• Administer the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) consistently
• Evaluate team member performance and drive continuous improvement

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree a plus
• 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fundamental knowledge of PLC logic and controls; mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
• Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification preferred
• Prior experience managing a unionized workforce a plus
