Aerobraze, a division of Wall Colmonoy manufactures turbine engine components like turbine nozzles, turbine vanes, complete turbine engines (both manufacturing and repair), diffusers, honeycomb seals and segments, heat shields, and parts for various turbomachinery.

Our products are globally shipped to customers far and wide. As our, Production Planner, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of our company and make a lasting impact on our success. SUMMARY: The Production Planner is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining production schedules to ensure customer delivery commitments while making efficient use of materials, machines and labor. This role plans production workflows, manages inventory levels, and works closely with cross- functional teams to ensure timely delivery of quality products. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer demand, material availability and manufacturing capacity. * Plan and coordinate production work to ensure on time and quality parts to customers. * Coordinate material availability by collaborating with purchasing to ensure raw material and components arrive timely. * Use ERP to release manufacturing orders, update data and reflect demand changes accurately. * Identify and resolve bottlenecks and scheduling conflicts to maintain on-time delivery * Manage and analyze inventory levels to ensure appropriate levels. QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong knowledge of production process, capacity planning and inventory management. * Proficiency in ERP system required, Dynamics 365 is preferred, * Analytical and numerical skills for working with forecasts, capacity data and inventory statistics. * Capable of critical thinking to identify issues and implement corrective plans. * Strong written and oral communication. * Excellent organizational and time management skills.
