TheAccountExecutive Iis responsible fordriving revenue growthandattainingquota byidentifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. The scope of this job includes opportunity identification, forecasting, sales execution, and client satisfaction.

This role supports our WellSky Home team, with a focus on growing our Home Health and Hospice market (net new logos, small markets). The position is based on site at our World Headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifyadd-on sales and upsell opportunities by calling on small to mid-sized prospects and clients, qualifying non-complexnew salesleads, and following up on existing leads.
  • Focus primarily on high volume and transactional sales opportunitiesfor our CAHPS and Education services
  • Communicate solution features, benefits, and value propositions to existing clients.
  • Track,maintain, and report sales pipeline and contact information in Salesforce.
  • Achieve quarterly goals related to lead generation, pipeline management, and quota attainment set by WellSky.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience

Job Expectations

  • Willing to travel up to25% based on business needs
  • Willing to workadditionalor irregular hours as needed
  • Must workin accordance withapplicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
