Job Summary Responsible for receiving payments and issuing receipts, gift-wrapping packages and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions.Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions -Manage transactions with customers using cash registers. -Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate. -Collect payments whether in cash or credit. -Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets. -Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Experience Customer Service Experience 1-2 years required and Money Management Experience 1-2 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Familiarity with cash registers, credit/debit card transactions and money management. - Good math skills. - Strong communication and time management skills. - Customer satisfaction oriented. Additional Job Details (if applicable) Schedule: The schedule for this role requires open availability to cover the below shifts as needed.
