Job Description

Shift: Morning (7:30 am - 4:00 pm)
Pay Rate: $19.00



* Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
* Assemble sub-assemblies and sub-components
* Read blueprints
* Manage time to meet deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously
* Build from verbal communication when prints are not available
* Use hand tools, crimpers, and ferrules
* Strong mechanical aptitude
* Build quality product without specified time frame
* Follow SOPs

Qualifications

* 1 - 2 years' experience in manufacturing environment, assembly preferred
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Experience in mechanical assembly and troubleshooting
* Experience in the proper use of hand tools (i.e. torque wrenches, crimpers, drills)
* Experience, understanding and knowledge of basic hardware (metric and standard)
* Must have reliable transportation
* Ability to communicate with all levels of co-workers to assure continuity in production
* Ability to read, write and speak English required
* Goal oriented and self-motivated with a stable employment history
* Familiar with Lean Six Sigma concepts preferred



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Ability to lift to 40 lbs.
* Kneel, bend, twist
* Stand for up to 8 hours per day
