This position is for Parker Hannifin's Composite Sealing Systems Division, located in San Diego (Otay Mesa), California. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The BioPharma Product & Market Manager owns New Product Development, Marketing Strategy, and Technical Support for the BioPharma market segment within the Composite Sealing Systems Division to support aggressive growth targets in this market. This role is accountable for identifying market opportunities, defining portfolio strategy, guiding product priorities, supporting pricing and forecasting decisions, and enabling commercial success through strong value propositions and market-facing insight. The Product & Market Manager works across functions and regions to align customer needs, market trends, technical capabilities, manufacturing readiness, and business objectives. Success in this role requires strong market and customer understanding, business case development, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence decisions that drive profitable growth. The BioPharma Product & Market Manager may handle similar responsibilities in adjacent markets as deemed appropriate. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
