How will you power what's possible? Job Summary
A successful Customer Rebate Manager combines strong financial acumen, analytical capability, and cross-functional partnership to effectively manage customer incentive programs. This role operates as a player-coach-providing leadership and oversight while remaining deeply engaged in the day-to-day execution of rebate processes, including agreement management, tracking and forecasting customer activity, and delivering timely, accurate payouts. The position plays a critical role in maintaining financial integrity while fostering strong relationships with Sales, Accounts Receivable, and customers to support commercial growth objectives. Key Responsibilities
* Directs the daily activities of a finance team, ensuring goals are met within the scope of departmental plans. Provides guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to staff while fostering a collaborative workenvironment. Required Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education & Experience
Specialized Degree: MBA or MPACC A combination of education and experience may be considered Spans of Control
