This role plays a critical function on the Healthcare Solution Consulting Team by enabling efficient, scalable solution consulting engagement by owning the end-to-end scheduling process across a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment. The individual will serve as the central coordinator between Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and leadership, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely customer engagement. Success in this role directly impacts sales velocity, customer experience, and internal productivity. The position requires organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while maintaining accuracy. As the function evolves, this role also has the opportunity to influence and improve scheduling processes to better support business growth. Over time, the role may expand to support additional business units, increasing its strategic impact.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
  • Manage incoming scheduling requests by reviewing Salesforce records, validating qualification details, and prioritizing activities based on urgency and business impact
  • Coordinate availability across Solution Consulting teams using scheduling tools to propose optimal meeting times and resource allocations
  • Communicate scheduling options to Account Executives, track responses, and confirm finalized engagements with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain and update scheduling systems to reflect confirmed bookings, release unused capacity, and ensure data accuracy across platforms
  • Enforce data quality standards by requiring complete and accurate information in Salesforce before proceeding with scheduling requests
  • Navigate competing priorities by applying business judgment, managing conflicts, and escalating when necessary to sales leadership
  • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and contribute to improving scheduling processes and operational effectiveness

Basic Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain accuracy under pressure
  • Proven ability to make decisions independently while adhering to defined processes and guidelines
  • Effective communication skills with the confidence to push back and enforce requirements when needed
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems, including scheduling platforms and CRM environments such as Salesforce
  • High level of accountability, responsiveness, and sense of urgency in managing time-sensitive requests
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working closely with sales, solution consulting, or customer-facing teams in a coordination or operations capacity
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools in a sales-driven environment
  • Background in roles requiring stakeholder management across diverse personalities and functions
  • Prior experience in scheduling, resource management, or sales support role with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to improve or redesign operational processes for greater efficiency
  • Exposure to environments with high request volume and tight turnaround expectations
